The store sells to adult individuals. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.


Products are ordered in the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service. All customer information is confidential. The contact information requested for the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to resolve any ambiguities in it, unless specifically stated. When ordering from the online store, you are required to read and agree to the current delivery terms.

Order and payment confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation email directly showing your order details. Always check the contents of the order confirmation. If you have the opportunity, please contact our customer service immediately. To save your order confirmation you will need to contact customer service. In customer service, always keep your customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products in the order confirmation.

Delivery methods and consumption

Shipping costs include postage and packaging. In the shopping cart, we present an estimate of future delivery costs according to the first delivery method in use. The exact costs will be shown on your order, delivery methods, payment and delivery. The delivery methods used depend on the date and total weight of the Shopping Cart. From the delivery methods available at the checkout, you can choose the option that suits you best, in connection with which the exact delivery cost is presented.

Delivery time

Our most common times in Finland vary from order to delivery and delivery method. The order processing time is 1-5 business days and the shipping time is 1-7 business days depending on the delivery method you choose. We strive to process your shipment as soon as possible after your order arrives. If the delivery time has expired, please contact our customer service info(at)aamosdesignshop.com We will also notify you of any delays immediately after ordering.

We will not be liable for any delays caused by force majeure or for any indirect inconvenience caused by the delays. The online store informs about different delivery times on its website.

Price changes

We reserve the right to correct the price after ordering if there is a clear error in the pricing and the price can be considered exceptionally low compared to the general price level. (Section 32 of the Judiciary Act)

Terms of payment service

Paytrail is a secure payment method for you. We have a payment institution license issued by the Financial Supervisory Authority. The service is maintained by Paytrail Oyj (business ID 2122839-7) and is part of the Nets family.

The Paytrail payment transfer service forwards your payment to the merchant. If Paytrail Oyj appears on your statement or credit card bill, we have forwarded your payment.

The online store acts as a marketer of products and services and as a supplier of products to the customer. The online store takes care of the statutory and other obligations related to the transaction. If you want to claim or return a product, you should contact the online store where the product was ordered directly.

Bank charges

You have payment buttons for all Finnish banks at your disposal. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP Bank, Säästöpankki, S-pank and the Bank of Åland. Paytrail Oyj will appear on your statement as the payee, we will forward your payment to the online merchant. From the online store, you will be directed directly to your own bank to make a payment securely.

Credit card payments

You can pay online with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express cards. The online store uses international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services.

Refund and Returns Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without announcing the reason. The withdrawal period ends within 14 days starting from the day you received the last shipment, or in the case of downloadable products, from the moment you received the order.

In order to use your right of withdrawal, you must notify us about your decision to cancel the contract in an unambiguous way (for instance, by mail or email). The email you should contact is info(at)aamosdesignshop.com.

In order to follow the deadline of the return period, you must send us the notice of return before the return period ends.

Aamos Design Shop Oy does not offer free returns. If the customer wants to return the ordered products, the customer is responsible for the return costs of the product. We recommend the Post’s S-package for return (€ 5.90) for Finnish customers. If using the Posti S-package is not possible, you should use other possible way to send your product safe and with tracking. When returning the product, include your name, contact information and order number. This helps us to refund your order faster.

Implications of Returns

If you decide to cancel this contract, we will return you all transactions we have received from you, including shipping costs (but excluding additional costs from using a different shipping method than the most affordable one recommended by us by default), without delay and in any case within 14 days counting from the time we received your notice of return. We will perform the refund using the payment method you used in the original transaction, if you have not explicitly agreed otherwise, and in any case at no additional cost to you.

You must send the goods back without delay and within 14 days from sending the notice of return. You will have followed the due date, if you send the goods back before said 14-day period ends.

You are only responsible for the kind of value decrease of goods that did not result from treatment that is required for determining the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

Unredeemed package

An unredeemed package is not the same thing as returning or cancelling an order. We will charge the shipping costs from a non-redeemed package for which we haven´t received a cancellation notice. Example, if you make an order that includes one product that costs 30eur and 10e worth of shipping costs. If you don’t redeem the package and it get’s returned, you will be refunded the product costs.

In problem situations

If the product has been lost or damaged during transit or otherwise you haven´t received your order, you must notify us within 14 days. If the package is damaged during transit, make an immediate complaint to the shipping company that has delivered your order.
